Accordingly, an <br /> environmental impact.statement (EIS). is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision <br /> was made after review of a completed checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. <br /> This information is available to the public on request. <br /> 1. Grade and fill shall not impact adjacent parcels. <br /> 2. Erosion control measures shall be provided as required by the Public Works <br /> Department including re-vegetation as need for erosion control. A complete <br /> erosion control plan shall be provided by the applicant for review and <br /> approval by the Public Works Department. Best Management Practices shall <br /> be employed. <br /> 3. Acquire all necessary state and federal permits, including Washington <br /> State Department of Ecology NPDES permit as needed. <br /> 4. Abutting street and alley improvements shall be provided as required by <br /> the Public Works Department. Improvements may include curb, gutter, <br /> sidewalk, additional paving, sanitary sewer extension, water extension, <br /> storm water improvements, alley paving, and street lights. All required <br /> improvements shall be completed at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> 5.
