You are hereby notified that the above referenced Encroachment <br /> Agreement has been reviewed and tentatively approved by city staff. <br /> We request that you, as a neighboring Utility owner, review this proposal. You have the <br /> opportunity to submit your written comments to me no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, <br /> September 21, 2018.
