(See attached) <br /> • Contact the City of Anacortes Planning Department for additional permitting <br /> requirements such as SEPA and Grade and Fill permits <br /> City of Anacortes Development Standards: <br /> • The 2011 Development Standards can be found on-line at <br /> www.cityofanacortes.orq. If the Engineer of Record needs any COA Standard <br /> Details in AutoCAD format, they can email me at stevel a(�citvofanacortes.org and <br /> request a CD. This CD will be mailed to a provided address. <br /> • It is requested that the Designated Representative for the project schedule a <br /> meeting with the Public Works Engineering Department to go over the Required <br /> Submittal Checklist. See attached. This checklist will be modified for the project. <br /> Sewer: <br /> • For additional Sewer information and design criteria, see the 2011 EDS <br /> Standards, Chapter 5 —Sanitary Sewer. <br /> • There is sewer available at the intersection of 17th Street and A Avenue, as well <br /> as, 18th Street and B Avenue. <br /> • This project is required to design and install a sanitary sewer conveyance system <br /> in: <br /> • A Avenue, and; <br /> • 18th Street, and; <br /> • Within the alley ways of Block 249 and Block 250. <br /> • Designed as such that it can be extended in the future by properties to the east, <br /> west and south. <br /> • Extend to the extreme end of the property. <br /> • The Developer has the option of developing a Latecomer Agreement for this <br /> utility.
