City concern regarding the pump
station capacity.
• Question at the meeting was can the applicant install a sewer main to the
tribe within the abandoned railroad corridor, adjacent to the trail.
Staff met on Monday, June 3, 2019 to discuss. Discussion items: 1) This is a
feasible option; 2) Encroachment Agreement will be required, and; 3) There
is a section of trail that has failing asphalt (near this property), which may
need to be repaired.
Applicant will have to obtain an agreement with the Samish Tribe for sewer
access since the Tribes sewer is private.
Storm:
• For additional Storm information and design criteria, see the 2011 EDS
Standards, Chapter 4—Storm Drainage.
. • See Anacortes Municipal Code 19.76 for Storm Water requirements.
• Project, as presented, is subject to Minimum Requirements 1 to 9 under the
current 2012\14 Department of Ecology Manual.
• A Construction Storm Water Discharge Permit (DOE) is required for all land
disturbing activities over 1-acre.
• If there is more than 1-acre of land disturbing activities, the project will be
required to obtain a Construction Storm Water Discharge Permit from the
Department of Ecology.
a 1K • Water • Wastewater • Streets • Storm Drainage • Engineering • Solid Waste
® ® • Transportation•Equipment • Capital Projects • Development Services
4.p W P
