The application fee for a Short Plat is $1,000. Please review the attached checklist for a short <br /> plat application. <br /> 2. The subject property is zoned R-2 (Residential Low Density). <br /> 3. The proposal appears to be subject to compliance with AMC Chapters including, but not <br /> limited to, Chapter 16.08 — Short Subdivisions and Short Plats, Chapter 16.20 —Design and <br /> Improvement Standards, Chapter 16.50 — Tree Preservation, Chapter 17.41 — Landscaping <br /> Requirements and Chapter 17.36—Residential District(R2). <br /> 4.
