Attached for the applicant's use is the Checklist that <br /> is provided in the Small Parcel Storm Water Plan. <br /> • Attached for the applicant's use is a vicinity map that identifies City utilities and <br /> location of connections based on public records. <br /> • The site plan should reflect the Small Parcel Storm Water Plan. Additional <br /> comments can be found on the reviewed site plan and submitted Small Parcel <br /> Storm Water Plan. <br /> • Project needs to identify where the storm is on-site. Public Works will be <br /> scheduling a smoke test of the sanitary sewer to verify any connection to the <br /> sanitary sewer. <br /> • Attached are commonly used BMP's for site erosion. <br /> • No access allowed from Anaco Beach Road.
