The Estimate is used for <br /> calculating the Project Value for the purpose of fee calculations. The project value for the <br /> required improvements is ($17,059.84) <br /> Per the Anacortes Municipal Code, the Performance Bond value is the construction cost <br /> 17,059.84 x 150%. The amount of Performance Bond for your project is $25,589.76. Per <br /> the City of Anacortes Municipal Code, the Performance Bond is good for 1-year from the <br /> date of issuance. <br /> Please be advised that the work remaining will need to be inspected and accepted by <br /> the City of Anacortes Public Works Department before the expiration date. Otherwise, <br /> the City of Anacortes Public Works Department will be forced to act on the Performance <br /> Bond.
