The following comments are provided: <br /> • Complete a Small Parcel Storm Water Plan (AMC 13.36.100)for the project and <br /> submit. See attached. <br /> • With the Small Parcel Storm Water Plan, an Erosion Control Plan should be <br /> submitted that matches the Small Parcel Storm Water Plan. <br /> • Per the Fact and Finding of the Wilson\Marshall Short Plat the on-site well is to be <br /> abandoned per the requirements of the Skagit County Health Department. <br /> • Site Plan needs to identify the location of the Well Drain Easement, per Drainage <br /> Easement Agreement recorded under AF#200705150068. <br /> • Applicant needs to show how the terms under the agreement recorded under <br /> AF#200705150068 can be met with this proposal. <br /> • Identify all easements of record on the site plan. <br /> • Applicant needs to provide on-site perk testing by a certified designer to verify that <br /> the proposed infiltration will work properly. The storm design shall not adversely <br /> impact the downstream properties.
