The proposal to remove the access/utility easement, etc. appears to require an amendment/revision to the <br /> short plat. Adjustment of lot lines could occur through this process as well. <br /> 2. Any adjustment of lot lines would need to comply with R2 standards, including maintaining 30' of frontage on <br /> the improved public road. <br /> 3. Terry Nemeth indicated that he spoke with you about water connection. <br /> 4. Sewer is available in H Ave. Please contact Steve Lange regarding details about connection. <br /> 5. Storm is located in H Ave. Please contact Steve Lange regarding details about connection. <br /> 6. Existing fire turnaround on south side of site appears to be used as a parking area and would not meet minimum <br /> requirements if vehicles are parked in the required turnaround area. <br /> 7.
