Lange, Steve
From: Grage, Libby
Sent: Tuesday, March 18, 2014 2:58 PM
To: 'firstname.lastname@example.org'
Cc: Measamer, Don; Lange, Steve; Kennedy,Jack
Subject: DRG comments - 3317 H Ave short plat revisions
Hi Monty-
Here are some comments for you:
1. The proposal to remove the access/utility easement, etc. appears to require an amendment/revision to the
short plat. Adjustment of lot lines could occur through this process as well.
2. Any adjustment of lot lines would need to comply with R2 standards, including maintaining 30' of frontage on
the improved public road.
3. Terry Nemeth indicated that he spoke with you about water connection.
4. Sewer is available in H Ave. Please contact Steve Lange regarding details about connection.
5. Storm is located in H Ave. Please contact Steve Lange regarding details about connection.
6. Existing fire turnaround on south side of site appears to be used as a parking area and would not meet minimum
requirements if vehicles are parked in the required turnaround area.
7. Public works requested that consideration be given to granting of a public access easement for a possible future
pedestrian connection between H Ave. and 34th St.to the east.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Libby Grage
City of Anacortes
Department of Community&Economic Development
P.O.Box 547
Anacortes,WA 98221
ph. 360.299.1986
fax. 360.293.1938
email@example.com
1
