Box 1247 <br /> Anacortes, WA 98221 <br /> RE: Encroachment Application —415 East Park Drive <br /> Dear Scott& Donna, <br /> The neighboring property owner at 415 East Park Drive has requested to utilize a portion of the <br /> city right of way as noted in the attached information. You are hereby notified that the above <br /> referenced Encroachment Agreement has been reviewed and tentatively approved by city staff. <br /> We request that you, as a neighboring property owner, review this proposal. You have the <br /> opportunity to submit your written comments to the Public Works Director no later than 5:00 p.m. <br /> on October 17, 2013. If no comments are received, the City and property owner will enter into <br /> what is called an Encroachment Agreement, allowing the property owner to utilize the portion of <br /> right of way as requested. <br /> You may appeal the final decision by filing a notice of intent to appeal such decision with the City <br /> Clerk within 10 days of the date of issuance of the decision being appealed. If your appeal is <br /> taken, you shall be required to pay a nonrefundable appeal fee in an amount of not less than <br /> $50.00. The appeal shall include a complete statement of the reason or reasons that form the <br /> basis of the appeal.
