This was not part of the application file.
• There are no recently recorded surveys on or around this proposed project. It will
be difficult to determine proper setbacks without property corners. The applicant
should verify all corners and or provide a record of survey by a Professional Land
Surveyor.
• Include all connection locations on the site plan, as well. As-builts will need to be
submitted prior to the Certificate of Occupancy being issued.
• MR#2: Applicant submitted forms from Snohomish County. They need to be
transferred to the City of Anacortes Forms for further review.
• MR#2: The site plan needs to match the BMP's under MR#2. Ensure that all
BMP's are listed correctly.
• The calculations for existing and proposed were not present on the documents
reviewed. Engineering Department provided the calculations on the face of the
SWPPP Report.
• MR#5: At a minimum the project will need to provide BMP T5.13 for all disturbed
lawn or landscaping. These areas should be identified on the site plan.
r•
j • Water • Wastewater • Streets • Storm Drainage • Engineering • Solid Waste
 • Transportation•Equipment • Capital Projects • Development Services
q p.
