Includes the <br /> on-site improvements, minus the building. <br /> Water: <br /> • Property is served by a 10-inch AC waterline in 19th Street. <br /> • Property is served by an 8-inch AC waterline in Commercial Avenue. <br /> • Water Meter for 1820 is off of 19th Street. <br /> • Water Meter for 1814 is off of Commercial Avenue. This is a 3/4 inch service line <br /> and can only service one building. <br /> Fire Coverage: <br /> • Existing Fire Hydrant is located at the NW corner of 19th Street and Commercial <br /> Avenue. <br /> Sewer: <br /> • Utility map identifies a potential Storm\Sewer combined connection. This will <br /> need to be corrected. <br /> Storm: <br /> • Water Quality is required for the redevelopment\Resurfacing of the project. <br /> • Provide a Large Parcel Storm Water Plan (AMC Section 13.36.110), attached. <br /> Street: <br /> • 8-foot minimum width sidewalk in the Commercial District. <br /> • Frontage improvements will need to be upgraded to meet ADA requirements. <br /> Such as the driveway approach to the north and the sidewalk ramp at 19th Street <br /> and Commercial Avenue.A0., <br /> � • Water • Wastewater • Streets • Storm Drainage • Engineering • Solid Waste <br /> • Transportation•Equipment • Capital Projects • Development Services <br /> 4`W P <br />
