Provide appropriate easements for future round-about at the 12th Street and <br /> Commercial Avenue Intersection. <br /> 2. All existing and proposed driveways shall be brought to current EDS Standards <br /> guidelines and WSDOT specifications. <br /> 3. Driveway located on 12th Street, closest to Commercial Avenue: Driveway shall <br /> be moved to a minimum of 50-feet from the point of tangency of the curb line <br /> radius at the intersection, per the current EDS Standards guidelines. <br /> 4. Provide Dumpster location and size, per the current EDS Standard guidelines. <br /> 5. The proposed uses of the building, three options listed, have different <br /> requirements (i.e.; sewer connections, on-site storm connections, additional <br /> water meters. <br /> 6. Irrigation in the landscape areas? If so, the installation of an irrigation meter with <br /> the proper backflow device is recommended. <br /> 7. What is the area of the proposed new landscaping? <br /> 8. Provide calculations for new impervious surface and identify; 1) Area of pollutant <br /> generating surfaces or; 2) Areas of non-pollutant generating surfaces. <br /> 9. Provide a Large Parcel Storm Water Plan Report, per the City of Anacortes <br /> Drainage Code and current EDS Standard Guidelines. <br /> 10. Provide a Water Quality Report, per the City of Anacortes Drainage Code and <br /> current EDS Standard Guidelines. <br />
