We need to talk about the final inspection at 910 28th Street and what we approve. Both Dave W and I spent a lot of time
on-site working with Beldin and the owner regarding improvements, etc. The Owner and Beldin are in litigation with each
other.
I have been asked by Attorney Mike Winslow to sit in, via phone conference call, on the mediation session tomorrow at
10:00 am. I need to connect with Carol Yates to let her know and what to do.

On September 5th, 2006 the City of Anacortes received invoice #5222 from your
company. At this time we are reviewing this invoice to decide whether payment
should be made as there was never any discussion about the City of Anacortes
participating in the cost of the repair. At a minimum we will need the following
items before any payment can be made.
1. A detailed invoice that breaks down all parts and labor from both your
company and your sub-contractor.
2. A City / Developer Agreement for work performed.
3. A intent to pay prevailing wages form, and proof of wages paid from the
Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.
Once these items have been received we should be able to process your invoice
and provide payment if administration approves.

questions.
