Inc / <br /> 9125 10th Avenue South V <br /> Seattle, WA 98108 <br /> Re: 28th and T, 711 28th Street Grading <br /> Jimmy, <br /> The following comments are a result of the plan review for the proposed grading at 711 <br /> 28th street Anacortes Washington. <br /> Please respond to each item in writing and by revising the plans as needed. <br /> 1. Will the site be used for boat storage? If so please provide a storage layout plan <br /> and access plan. <br /> 2. Show fencing and gate locations to the plans. <br /> 3. Provide copy of a recent boundary survey sealed and signed by the surveyor. <br /> 4. Provide an erosion control plan. Show construction entrance to the erosion control <br /> plans. <br /> 5. Provide a large parcel storm water plan and water quality plan. AMC Sect. <br /> 13.36.110. <br /> 6. Show locations of existing fir hydrants to the site plan. <br /> 7. Provide details for the proposed retaining wall at the east property line. Please <br /> note the retaining wall and fill slope may not extend beyond the property line. <br /> 8. The Industrial Use Zone requires a minimum 10 % site landscaping. AMC <br /> Section 17.41.020.
