Will the site be used for boat storage? If so please provide a storage layout plan <br /> and access plan. <br /> 2. Show fencing and gate locations to the plans. <br /> 3. Provide copy of a recent boundary survey sealed and signed by the surveyor. <br /> 4. Provide an erosion control plan. Show construction entrance to the erosion control <br /> plans. <br /> 5. Provide a large parcel storm water plan and water quality plan. AMC Sect. <br /> 13.36.110. <br /> 6. Show locations of existing fir hydrants to the site plan. <br /> 7. Provide details for the proposed retaining wall at the east property line. Please <br /> note the retaining wall and fill slope may not extend beyond the property line. <br /> 8. The Industrial Use Zone requires a minimum 10 % site landscaping. AMC <br /> Section 17.41.020.
