This will provide room for possible improvements, based on the <br /> current Anacortes Municipal Code in the future. <br /> It is also understood that this Letter of Understanding replaces the need for an <br /> Encroachment Agreement, per AMC 12.30. Please verify with the Planning\Building <br /> Department for any other permit requirements needed for the retaining wall.
