Below are the findings and recommendations: <br /> To date: <br /> - October 30, 2018— Submittal to Building Department <br /> - December 19, 2018 — Review completed by Public Works Engineering and <br /> routed back to Planning\Building. Incomplete Submittal. No Drainage Report. <br /> - January 4, 2019 — Submittal to Building Department <br /> - January 9, 2019 — Review completed by Public Works Engineering and routed <br /> back to the Planning\Building. Incomplete Submittal. No Drainage Report. <br /> SITE PLAN: <br /> 1. A further review of the site plan will take place at the next submittal when the <br /> drainage report is submitted <br /> FLOW CHART FOR DETERMINING REQUIREMENTS FOR REDEVELOPMENT: <br /> (Figure 1-2.4.1 and Figure 1-2.4.2) <br /> 1. Provided as part of the submittal. Applicability Flow Chart identifies the project <br /> needs a report meeting the requirements of Minimum Requirement 1 through 9. <br /> DRAINAGE REPORT (Not Submitted): <br /> 1. 17' Street Drainage Report submitted is not applicable to the Highland <br /> Development. The Development drains to the Dakota Avenue Outfall, of which <br /> the report was completed on September 28, 2005 for the Highland Subdivision. <br />
