Known Artesian Wells in the area. Suggest <br /> installing perimeter drains along the boundaries and also a drainage system inside <br /> the foundation. <br /> • Applicant needs to apply for a demolition permit to remove the existing garage. <br /> • Site Plan does not identify utility connection locations. <br /> • Any encroachments into the Public Right-of-Way will require an encroachment <br /> agreement. <br /> • Any excavation work within the Public Right-of-Way will require a Right-of-Way <br /> Permit.
