Below are the following comments: <br /> 1. DRG comments by Public Works, dated November 18, 2015 (Item 8): <br /> • Review of Chapter 15.20 — Building Permits, Item 15.20.040 — Public <br /> Street Development <br /> • The improvements along 12th Street already exist along the frontage of the <br /> property. No further improvements are necessary along 12th Street. <br /> 2. DRG comment by Public Works, dated November 18, 2015 (Item 9): <br /> • Review of Chapter 15.20— Building Permits, Item 15.20.050 — Public <br /> Streets, Alleys and Storm Sewer System Improvements. <br /> • This property is adjacent to a classified arterial street (2007 <br /> Transportation Plan), <br /> • Construction and required alley and storm improvements shall be done in <br /> accordance with City Design Standards. <br /> • See Section 16.32.010 —Minimum Road Standards—Alley Way <br /> paving width of 20-feet. <br /> • Section 15.020.030 Development of Platted Roads, Streets and <br /> Alleys —All improvement required under this section shall be <br /> extended as necessary to provide a smooth transition with existing <br /> improvements both laterally across the street and longitudinally up <br /> and down the street for drainage, vehicular and pedestrian traffic. <br /> • See 2011 EDS Standards, Section STR-15, Minimum requirements <br /> for alley cross-section to be 2-inches of Asphalt over 2-inches of <br /> Crushed Surfacing Top Course or Asphalt Treated Base over 6- <br /> inches Gravel Borrow. <br /> � � • Water • Wastewater • Streets • Storm Drainage • Engineering • Solid Waste <br /> - • Transportation•Equipment • Capital Projects • Development Services <br />
