Below are the following comments: <br /> 1. DRG comments by Public Works, dated November 18, 2015 (Item 8): <br /> • Review of Chapter 15.20 — Building Permits, Item 15.20.040 — Public <br /> Street Development <br /> • The improvements along 12th Street already exist along the frontage of the <br /> property. No further improvements are necessary along 12th Street. <br /> 2.
