March 20, 2007 <br /> Ron Woolworth <br /> Vintage Investments <br /> P.O Box 973 <br /> Anacortes, WA 98221 <br /> SUBJECT: Required Frontage Improvements at 2219 10t" Street <br /> Dear Ron, <br /> Your request for information regarding the required frontage improvements at 2219 10" Street <br /> was reviewed at the March 13, 2007 Development Review Committee meeting. <br /> The required improvements are: <br /> - Replace the existing sidewalk along the frontage of the property on 10' Street and <br /> replace with a 5-foot wide sidewalk. The sidewalk improvements need to be installed <br /> along the frontage of C Avenue as well. <br /> - Excavate the swale and install grass for water quality on 10th Street and C Avenue. The <br /> swale will need to have a 1-foot wide bottom with 3:1 side slopes. The 3:1 side slopes <br /> are easy to maintain and are mowable. Provide a 2-foot flat area between the edge of <br /> sidewalk and the beginning of the slope.
