Gs" Y Cif; ANACORTES PLANNING COMMISSION 4 Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Decision File Number SDP-2021-0009 Project Name Skyline Dock& Piling Project The applicant has requested Shoreline Substantial Development permit with SEPA Review for the upgrade to an existing community dock on Flounders Bay. The project proposes to replace (10) existing creosote pilings with 12 in. galvanized steel pilings. The existing Proposal concrete floats, totaling 1,722 sq. ft., would be replaced with steel framed FRP grated floats; the floats are to be installed in the same layout and location as existing. The existing 3 ft. by 32 ft. gangway is to be replaced by a 4 ft. by 40 ft. grated gangway. The proposed grated decking is to total 62% of open area allowing for an increase in light penetration.
