WHEREAS, pursuant to Washington State Superior Court Civil Rule 20,parties may join in one <br /> action as plaintiffs if they assert any right to relief jointly, severally, or in the alternative in <br /> respect of or arising out of the same transaction, occurrence, or series of transactions or <br /> occurrences if any question of law or fact common to all of these persons will arise in the action; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anacortes now desires to support and join the <br /> County in its legal action for injunctive relief and to abate the nuisance on the Property as a <br /> Plaintiff; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anacortes: <br /> 1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to join Skagit County in Skagit County <br /> Superior Cause Number 21-2-00674-29 William Coleburn, Denise Coleburn, the <br /> Property in rem, and any other appropriate persons, entities or properties as necessary to <br /> timely abate the nuisance articulated herein; and <br /> 2.
