CONDITONS OF APPROVAL : <br /> 1 . The proposed clearing and grading activities shall be in strict conformance with the approved <br /> clearing and tree preservation plans , stamped October 13 , 2021 ( Exhibit A) . <br /> 2 . The proposed development shall adhere to all the recommendations and conclusions provided in <br /> Addendum #2 Report , dated October 5 , 2021 , prepared by MTC , INC along with MTC ' s original <br /> geotechnical engineering report , dated June 3 , 2021 , and revised July 26 , 2021 ( Report No . <br /> 21 B110 ) as well as MTC ' s Addendum # 1 to the original report , dated July 29 , 2021 . <br /> 3 . The proposed filling and grading activities shall be in strict conformance with the approved <br /> Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan ( SWPPP ) , accepted October 14 , 2021 <br /> ( Exhibit B ) . <br /> 4 . Per comments from the City ' s Public Works Department , dated June 3 , 2021 , the existing <br /> detention pond serving the development is in need of maintenance . Prior to the issuance of any <br /> subsequent permits , the pond shall be upgraded and maintained to meet the required standards <br /> as required by the City ' s Public Works Department . <br /> 5 . Pursuant to RCW 27 . 53 . 020 , if the applicant or his agents discover previously unknown historic or <br /> archaeological remains/artifacts while conducting the development activities authorized by this <br /> permit , the applicant/agent shall immediately stop work and notify the appropriate tribal and state <br /> representatives and the City of Anacortes of the finding for local , state and tribal coordination . <br /> 6 . Hours of construction /work shall be limited to 7 : 00 am to 10 : 00 pm . If work must occur outside <br /> these hours , a noise variance shall be first obtained . <br /> 7 . Pursuant to RCW Chapter 70 . 107 and WAC Chapter 173 . 60 , noise levels shall not exceed the <br /> established standards . <br /> 8 . Mud and debris tracked onto City of Anacortes public streets and right-of-way is prohibited .
