The <br />proposal will modernize the RV Park with updated facilities for RV Park guests, <br />including provision of full utility services to the RV spaces. Improvements would <br />provide the park with appropriate paved access and spacing. One RV space would be <br />eliminated. A 1,100 sq. ft. single story utility/restroom/shower and laundry facility <br />would be constructed for exclusive use by the RV Park guests. The existing gravel site <br />would be paved, landscaped and vegetated, and updated utilities, including <br />stormwater, would be installed.
