However, <br />trenching impact required on the site was relocated to retain and protect several of the <br />twenty-one (21) significant trees that will be retained in the right-of-way buffer on the <br />east and south side of the plat. New tree plantings of at least sixty (60) Tree Units, <br />required by the City of Anacortes’ Tree Code will supplement the existing right-of-way <br />buffer in strategic locations to improve screening and landscaping.
