The proposed <br />business would occur in a portion of the attached garage; said space would occupy 198 sq. ft.. Parking is <br />proposed to be in the driveway. No more than (1) client is seen at a time; therefore, parking is not anticipated to <br />be problematic. The subject property is located in the Residential Low Density 2A (R2A) zoning district. <br /> <br />Required Project Permits/Approvals: The following may be required in addition to the above: Residential <br />Building Permit and City Business License <br />SEPA Review: The proposed development is exempt from SEPA pursuant to WAC 197-11-800(6). <br />Public Hearing: None required. A Preliminary Short Plat application is a Type 2 Administrative Decision. <br />Public Comment Period: The Notice of Application was published on August 11th, 2021.
