The concrete toe of the existing wall will be removed and the new facing <br />will go in its place so there will be no new footprint on the beach. <br />Date of Final Decision: July 28, 2021 <br />Notice of Decision Issued: August 11, 2021 <br />Decision: Approved with conditions <br /> <br />SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Anacortes issued a Mitigated Determination of <br />Nonsignificance (MDNS) on July 22, 2021 using the optional DNS process of WAC 197-11-355.
