The concrete toe of the existing wall will be removed and the new facing <br />will go in its place so there will be no new footprint on the beach. <br />Date of Final Decision: July 28, 2021 <br />Date Notice of Decision Issued: August 4, 2021 <br />Decision: Approved, with conditions <br />SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Anacortes issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance <br />(MDNS) on July 22, 2021 using the optional DNS process of WAC 197-11-355. There were no appeals. <br />Appeals: Appeals of the decision for this proposal must be filed by within 14 days of the date the decision was <br />mailed: July 30, 2021.
