The proposed business office would be located in a 2nd floor <br />bedroom of the existing residence; said bedroom is roughly 10% of the <br />residence’s square footage. The applicant proposes to see 3-5 clients in the <br />home office with a majority of the clients utilizing remote sessions. Parking is <br />proposed to be in the driveway. No more than (1) client is seen at a time; <br />therefore, parking is not anticipated to be problematic. The subject property is <br />located in the Old Town (OT) zoning district. <br />Other permits required: The following may be required in addition to the above: City Business License <br />Public Hearing: None required. A Home Occupation Permit is a Type 2 Administrative Decision. <br />Public Comment Period: The Notice of Application was published on July 7th, 2021.
