<br /> <br />Notice of Additional Written Public Comment Period <br />Critical areas regulations update <br /> <br />Description of Proposal: The proposed non-project legislative action is to amend the Critical Area regulations in accordance with the Growth Management Act requirements. The critical <br />areas ordinance regulates certain activities and development in and near wetlands, streams, fish & wildlife habitat conservation areas, geologically hazardous areas, frequently flooded <br />areas, and critical aquifer recharge areas.
