The project proposes (2) buildings, each building would include <br />(5) units. Each unit would include an attached single car garage and is to be 3- <br />stories in height, totaling approximately 37.5 ft. The proposed development would <br />be accessed off of the alley onto a 20 ft. shared driveway. The subject property is <br />located within the Residential High Density (R4) zoning district. <br />Other permits required: The following may be required in addition to the above: Construction stormwater <br />general permit from WADOE, construction plan approval, right-of-way permit, <br />building permits. <br />Public Hearing: None required. A Site Plan Review is a Type 2 Administrative Decision. <br />Public Comment Period: The Notice of Application was published on June 23rd, 2021.
