Remedial activities are being performed at the Site in accordance with an Agreed <br /> Order (AO) issued by the Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) on August 28, 2019 <br /> (No. DE 16576).Anchor QEA prepared this Site Progress Report in accordance with the requirements in <br /> Section VII.G of the AO. <br /> This Site Progress Report provides a summary of the following: <br /> • Actions taken during this reporting period (March and April 2021) <br /> • Results of sampling, tests, and other data received <br /> • Schedule of proposed activities for May and June 2021 <br /> • Problems encountered, anticipated delays, and solutions <br /> Actions Taken During This Reporting Period <br /> The following actions were taken by Anchor QEA on behalf of the City during this reporting period <br /> and are relevant to activities being performed at the Site under the AO: <br /> • On March 2, 2021, Anchor QEA submitted the draft State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA) <br /> Checklist for the Model Toxics Control Act cleanup and demolition to Ecology. <br /> • On March 15, 2021, Anchor QEA submitted the January-February AO Site Progress Report to <br /> Ecology. <br /> • On April 1, 2021, Anchor QEA submitted the revised draft SEPA Checklist to Ecology. <br /> • Anchor QEA corresponded with Ecology regarding the status of the draft Cleanup Action Plan <br /> (DCAP), draft SEPA Checklist, Consent Decree (CD), and schedule for the public comment <br /> period. <br /> Page 3 of 102 <br />
