This will expire within 30 days from the above date, at which time the <br /> corrections listed below will be completed, and the final Certificate of Occupancy will be <br /> issued. <br /> Items to complete within 30 days: <br /> 1. Provide Blower Door test report. <br /> 2. Provide Certificate of Insulation. <br /> 3. Install condensate piping to water heater per code and terminate outside per code. <br /> 4. Secure dishwasher's drainpipe to the cabinet or underside of the counter in <br /> compliance with high-loop method as prescribed in 2015 IPC. <br /> 5. Provide documentation to comply with 2015 WSEC Energy Credit 5a,which is <br /> listed on the plans. <br /> 6.
