<br />Notice of Application: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN APPLICATION WAS MADE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPOSAL: <br /> <br />File Number: HMO-2021-0001 <br />Applicant: Brenda & David Williams <br />Date of Application: January 19, 2021 <br />Date of Completeness: January 28, 2021 <br />Project Location: 5707 Harrison Ave, Anacortes, Washington 98221 (P58977) <br />Request: The applicant is requesting a Home Occupation Permit to produce baked goods, <br />such as pasta and bread, within an existing single-family residence. The home <br />business would be accessory to the continued residential use of the building. <br />The subject property is located within the Residential Low Density 2 (R2) zoning <br />district. <br />Other permits required: None known. The development regulations contained in AMC 19.47.040, Home <br />Occupations will be used for project mitigation and consistency. <br />Environmental documents: None. <br />Public Hearing: None required.
