The <br />following comments are provided: <br /> <br />PLANNING, COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: <br />General <br />1. The proposed cleanup action will be conducted under Agreed Order (No. DE11346) with the <br />Department of Ecology within the authority of the state Model Toxics Co ntrol Act. The proposed <br />action is exempt from procedural requirements of state and local permits that would otherwise be <br />required under RCW 70.105D.090. <br />Zoning Designation <br />2.
