DocuSign Envelope ID: 142D7CEB-2DF7-431 C-801 B-46AEF6C0B552 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3006 <br /> A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE UNIFIED FEE SCHEDULE FOR ACCESS <br /> ANACORTES FIBER INTERNET CUSTOMER CALL FEE <br /> WHEREAS, the City would like add detail to the Fiber section of the Unified fee Schedule to <br /> include a service fee; and <br /> WHEREAS, some customers need additional service above the installation, maintenance, and <br /> customer support included in basic monthly fees; such as assistance configuring equipment <br /> owned by the customer or repair of damage to CoA fiber caused by the customer. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anacortes, <br /> Washington, that: <br /> Section 1. <br /> 1. The Unified Fee Schedule currently in effect will be updated to include customer call fees <br /> for Fiber. <br /> Customer-Caused Service Call The charges will apply to configuring customer-owned equipment and <br /> repairing customer-caused damage to city-owned equipment. <br /> $50 per hour During regular City work hours <br /> $75 per hour Outside of regular City work hours <br /> PASSED and APPROVED on this 26th day of October, 2020. <br /> AYES 6 NAYS 0 ABSENT 1 <br /> CITY OF ANACORTES: <br /> BY: 1,4,Wiit.
