Page 1 of 1 <br />Planning Commission Agenda Bill <br />Meeting Date: 9/23/2020 Agenda Item: Click here to enter text. <br />Subject: LPS-2020-0001: The Crossings Cottages Development <br />Staff Contact: Libby Grage, Planning Manager <br />Summary Statement: Anacopper LLC requests preliminary unit lot subdivision and site plan approval to subdivide <br />approximately 5.2 acres in the R2 zone into 21 residential lots for future development of 18 cottage units and 3 <br />standard single family residences.
