RE: Previous Accessory Dwelling Unit decommissioned
Our inspector David Diamond has confirmed that the building in the back yard at 1913 24th
Street is no longer equipped with cooking facilities and is no longer used as living space. We
consider it now converted to a studio and storage, consistent with the regulations in our local
jurisdiction, as a permitted accessory use on a lot with a primary residence.
I have enclosed the letter signed by the resident,Verona Schmidt, and myself. This will be kept
on file with the Building Department records
Please contact me if you have any questions about this issue.
Sincerely,
