2. 18th St. in this location has an"Undesignated"block frontage. See AMC 19.61.110 for standards.
3. See 19.65.070.D for parking lot landscaping standards(internal and perimeter screening).
4. Confirm appropriate site access location with Public Works.
5. Confirm potential off-site pedestrian improvement requirements with Public Works.
